This project, which was based on focused group interviews with staff and managers about the problems in work and military environments and kindergartens that create the psycho-social risk of “addiction” and their proposed solutions, was implemented by compiling and presenting a questionnaire to assess the level of psychosocial health of the target group and by performing needs assessment, pre-test and post-test. Collaborative planning sessions were held with the target group and several workshops were held at the level of neighborhoods, schools and workplaces. Finally, the State Welfare Organization was provided with the analysis of questionnaires and a report on the implementation of the project and its experiences.
