Overnight shelters have been set up for temporary and night accommodation of homeless addicts with high-risk behaviors. The center is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day and a hot dinner and breakfast are served to help-seekers. The services of this center include:
- Providing a good place and bathing facilities;
- Providing at least two sets of clothes a year (summer and winter);
- Referral to hygiene centers and other harm reduction centers;
- Holding training classes on harm reduction;
- Providing sterile syringes, needles, condoms and hygiene items;
- Providing social work services and individual and group counseling;
